Other Technical Data This type of connection fitting is designed for quick and secure attachment or detachment of hoses and pneumatic tools such as impact wrenches, drills, and sanders. This coupling line is ideal for applications where frequent connection and disconnection are required, helping to save time and improve efficiency. The 0B160 socket features a push-button mechanism that safely releases the locking system by first depressurising the air. Unlike the previous series, this model requires a double press to release the plug, which helps prevent accidental or unintended disconnection—enhancing safety for both workers and the working environment. The coupling body is made of aluminium, with a steel button and springs. The seals are NBR, and the threaded part is made of nickel-plated brass. With a nominal diameter of 7.8 mm, it allows a maximum flow rate of 2000 Nl/min at 6 bar with free exhaust.
